This update podcast is just to keep you informed on the latest updates and schedules of the Mysterious Matters Podcast. Due to visiting family, Mysterious Matters will not be releasing a new podcast episode until mid April.

But there’s a lot of great new shows lined up for May, June, July, and August.

Updating interviews with:

Dr. Eben Alexander, Mike Clelland, Dr. David Jacobs, Tui Snider, Loyd Auerbach, Brad Steiger, Sherry Steiger, and Carl Calleman.

Podcast Studio

The Oddity of Podcasting is recorded using a Shure SM7B microphone that is hooked into a DBX 286S Mic Preamp/Processor channel strip, and from there the signal is sent into the Allen & Heath ZED 10 Mixer.  The audio feed is sent into a Tascam DR-05 handheld recorder.

Why do I record with hardware and not software?
When recording a podcast you want to use as few resources as possible on your main system, because every piece of software will require its own resources of processor and memory. By recording your podcast to a handheld recorder, you are ensuring that you record everything without worrying about a software crash.

The Mysterious Matters Podcast is currently ranked as the #3 Paranormal Podcast in the world.
